SUP Yoga with Lorna!
WeSUP Fitness has arrived to the Hamble River!
We are so proud to have a familiar face return for the second season to support you in taking your yoga practice onto the water! It’s a certainly a more challenging experience than on land but its also a totally unique experience that lights up all of the senses as you connect with nature and the river in a very special way.
Sessions are 60 minutes and include a warm-up, main posture session and final relaxation. No experience of paddle boarding is required, but you do need to be able to swim 25 metres in light clothing.

About The teacher
Lorna is a British Wheel Of Yoga (BWY) teacher has been teaching yoga for 15 years in and around Winchester and Southampton. She runs classes, 1-2-1 sessions, corporate classes, yoga for sport and yoga holidays abroad.
Lorna also has a passion for swimming and sailing trained as a Sup Yoga teacher with SUPFIT in 2016.
